• The initial exam fee is $95.

• Payment is expected at the time of visit.

• A nurse will present the patient care plan and associated projected cost for your pet after the doctor has examined your pet.

• A deposit will be requested if your pet requires hospitalization or surgery.

• You may inquire about your account at any time. The balance is expected at time of discharge.

• For your convenience, BEVS accepts CareCredit in addition to conventional forms of payment.

• To keep the cost of our services as low as possible, all services must be paid for at the time they are provided and we do not offfer billing.

Discharge

• Pets must be picked up between 7 and 7:30am on weekdays if they have stayed overnight. At the time of discharge, the doctor or nurse will talk to you about your pet’s condition and future care. Records will be sent to your veterinarian so that they are informed of the tests performed, treatments administered, and discharge instructions for your pet.

• You will need to transport your pet to your regular veterinarian if they require further care or monitoring. Records will be sent to your veterinarian so that they are informed of the tests that were performed, and treatments administered to your pet.
